Website Hosting and Technical Access Data

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you request a page, technical information such as your IP address, request URL, date and time, browser and device information, and security-related connection data may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver the website, maintain its availability and protect it against abuse. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Safeguards for applicable international transfers may include contractual measures such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We rely on our legitimate interests in providing a functioning, reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing and retention of technical data by Cloudflare depend on the relevant service and security settings. Such data is retained only as necessary for service delivery and security under the applicable provider terms and configuration; specific time periods may differ by data type. Cookies and Analytics

Our website code does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use technically necessary security cookies when its security or bot-protection features apply. These are used to protect website delivery rather than for advertising. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and any personal data you voluntarily include to respond to your enquiry. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps related to a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Your correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle it and, where applicable, comply with statutory retention obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Incoming email for this domain is routed through Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG in Switzerland. Proton processes email service data as described in its Privacy Policy and Proton Mail Privacy Policy. Please do not send patient records or sensitive medical information.

Links to App Stores and Other Websites

Where external links are available, selecting one takes you to a website operated by another provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. These providers have their own privacy policies. Merely viewing this Tensor Tail page does not create an app-store account or transmit information to an app store through an embedded widget.

Your Rights

Subject to the applicable GDPR requirements and exceptions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Contact us using the address above to exercise your rights.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia, the authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). This does not limit your ability to contact another competent supervisory authority.
